Sam & Ella`s Chicken Palace in Tahlequah

I go to Sam's for items I need that they provide in a quantity and at a price that works for me - especially for items they uniquely stock. This was my experience today.

Virus panic has set in. Sam's your employees at the East store are the best. I NEVER saw one employee not smiling or rude A+ great job!

Beware of the fuel pumps. My debit card was declined twice. I used another card then checked my previous card's balance. More than enough money in my account but a charge of $99.30 from Sam's Club - the same one who just declined my card to get fuel. Supposed to only be a soft charge. I get that but now I'll have to wait a few days in order to be able to use that 99 dollars that is locked. Thanks to the young man, Issac, he assured me and had the manager look up to make sure there wasn't anymore charges other that the good charge for fuel. He did that on his own. I commend him for that. I just wanted a receipt for the good purchase.

Didn't have any trash cans and said they don't carry them anymore. Restrooms were too full for a handicap person to use. Otherwise it was a great experience.

Even with social distancing I was still able to find everything I needed 😁

Thank you so much for having a special time each week for healthcare professionals during the pandemic. I know it's not forever, but I've greatly appreciated this while we have it.

Out of a lot of stuff, dont sell cigarettes anymore

I got used to this store for certain items like: fresh seasonal fruit, some veggies, fish, rotisserie chicken, cheese, brown eggs, and some snacks. They also have a good selection of clothes for adults and kids. I like that I almost never have to wait in line to get to a cash register, it is a big store and it doesn't feel crowded.

Shopping at their Sam’s can be a hit or miss! Customer service used to be a lot better, but has changed over the years! The location is convenient! If you have a business plus card you’re able to shop early, which is a plus! Gas prices are the lowest in town!

Rock road Sam's club.This is my favorite store, my cashier knows me by name. The whole staff is friendly and our person at the door is bubbly and super nice. If I can't find something they will help find it. If I need special service like big orders they will have it when I get there and its fresh. Always my go to place.

Quite a few things were out of stock ...toilet paper, kleenex, canned salmon, etc.; Most needed items were available.

Always a good experience at Sam's Club. Clean facility. Courteous and friendly staff.

Has everything I need for my family and More!

Poor customer service! Called in to check if our when our membership was going to be up and the lady on the phone answer so rudely and very Unprofessional and also didn’t want to help us find out. We ended up signing up for a Costco card 30 minutes later much happier Thanks for nothing Sams you have lost my business and you should look into replacing your customer service reps I will also be sharing my experience with everyone I know.

Great shopping experience. They are still trying to keep consumer safe...even though consumer isnt!!!

Bought some steaks that were to die for!!

Their customer service is on point. I was getting gas and the guy working offered to clean my windshield for me. Inside the store the lady checking receipts was sooooo friendly and when I was loading all my groceries into my vehicle the worker getting the carts helped me load up my vehicles! So nice and very helpful employees! I will definitely be returning!

Like Walmart several people without masks when the door says it is required.
